These dishes look amazing! I am stunned by the number of different dishes you were able to make. Satay is one of my favorites. But I want to know what is in the soup and inside the banana leaf. I love the way you are soaking up the culture and the scenery in Bali. Keep the posts coming (at least Nonna and I are enjoying them). Love, Mom
