Oh, Ari. The snail soup will never see it’s way into my mouth nor in my recipe file. Perhaps it’s the chewy texture. Perhaps it’s the globs of tofu. Maybe it’s what looks like an animal’s heart decorating the top. I commend you for your courage if you even tasted it. Personally, I thing it’s the Viet Cong delivering retribution to the Americans decades after the Viet Nam war. 💕Nonna
